FAQ

What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing without snaps, buttons, or zippers. Please refrain from wearing excessive or loose jewelry that could damage the reformer. We also require grip socks for both safety and hygiene reasons. If you do not have any, you can purchase some socks in our studio.

What should I bring to class?

For reformer classes, please bring a water bottle, a small towel, and grip socks. If you don’t have grip socks or water, they’re available for purchase at the studio.
For hot mat classes, please bring a large towel (often called a yoga towel). If you don’t have one, we have them available for purchase at the studio.

How early should I arrive?

If it is your first time at our studio, please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to sign your liability waiver and become familiar with the reformer.

What if I arrive late?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we offer a 5-minute grace period for all classes. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be allowed to join the class.

What if I need to cancel my class?

You can cancel at least 10 hours before your class starts to avoid the $20 late cancel penalty.

What happens if the class I want to take is full?

Feel free to sign up for our waitlist. If a cancellation occurs, you will be notified via text or email, allowing you to add yourself to the class.

What happens if I don’t cancel my class in time and also don’t show up?

If you’re unable to attend class and do not cancel in advance, a $20 no-show fee will be applied.
