Burn & Glow – Heated Mat Pilates

A full-body sculpting experience that turns up the heat. This class is performed in the reformer room with the heat cranked up to increase flexibility, promote detoxification, and deepen muscle engagement. This is a dynamic flow of Pilates-inspired movements, breathwork, and core-focused sequences designed to leave clients sweating, lengthened, and glowing. Clients are required to bring a water bottle and a towel.

Power Edit – Reformer

This class picks up the pace with high-rep combos, quick transitions, and elevated intensity to ignite muscles and raise clients’ heart rate. Adding a bit of fire to the flow.

Signature Sculpt – Reformer

A slower-paced version of our Pulse class. This is a full-body, form-focused, equipment-based session designed to lengthen, strengthen, and sculpt every muscle. Smart sequencing, controlled resistance, and deep core activation from start to finish.

Align & Restore – Reformer + Mat

This low-impact, mobility-rich class blends deep stretches, breathwork, and intentional movement to release tension and reconnect with your body using the reformer and a mat. Ideal for recovery days, new clients, or anyone who wants to slow down and move with more awareness.

Recharge & Reset – Reformer Stretch

Slow down and restore with 50 minutes of mindful reformer-based stretches. Recharge & Reset emphasizes mobility, deep stretching, and breathwork to release tension and reconnect body and mind. Perfect for recovery days, beginners, or anyone seeking a calm, restorative flow.
