We’re seeking a Mat + Reformer Certified Pilates Instructor who brings strong cueing, a deep understanding of form and alignment, and a warm, welcoming presence to every class.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safe, engaging Mat and/or Reformer Pilates classes aligned with studio standards
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience focused on connection, form, and intention
  • Offer thoughtful modifications to support all levels and bodies
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence aligned with our luxury aesthetic
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding schedule, coverage, and client needs

Qualifications

  • Mat + Reformer Pilates Certification (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teaching experience preferred, but not required for the right cultural fit
  • Reliable, professional, and passionate about continued growth

Membership Sales Specialist

This role is best suited for someone who:

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Monthly membership sales targets
  • Confidently converting walk-ins, trial clients, and inquiries
  • Educating clients on memberships with clarity, warmth, and intention
  • Consistent client follow-up and relationship building
  • Delivering a seamless, luxury-level experience at every touchpoint
